When your package arrives at our facility, we log it into your account and immediately send you an email notification with the sender’s name, weight of the package and the date & time it was logged in to our system.
Every item received for you is inspected by our experts. Broken items, items that do not match what you ordered, and prohibited items are automatically flagged for your review. If you would like to
return merchandise to the merchant, we can do that for you.
As a MyUS member, you have 24/7 access to your online account information. You can login at any time to see package details including the description, duty code, and price for every item received in every package. You can also request a variety of services on your packages including:
- product returns to merchant
- checking size, color, or make of items
- taking photographs of items
- scans of the merchant's invoice
- splitting packages and more
