MyUS.com wins Chamber of Commerce Faces of Trade award

BRADENTON - The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has honored MyUS.com and Teltronics Inc. with its Faces of Trade® award recognizing the tremendous impact the two Manatee County businesses have on the community by increasing jobs through trade. Only four companies in Florida received the award.
“Companies that serve global markets are important to our local employment base and long-term economic stability,” said Eric Basinger, executive director of the Manatee Economic Development Council. “MyUS.com and Teltronics are two Manatee County examples, and they certainly deserve this award honoring small- and medium-size U.S. companies that are actively engaged in the global marketplace and creating jobs here in America.”
Faces of Trade® awards are presented to small and medium size companies that have demonstrated outstanding international success through exports. Whether they have just entered the international market or have maintained considerable presence over time, the recipients epitomize how good trade policy can lead to the success of small companies. Faces of Trade® companies have fewer than 500 employees, are Americanowned and -operated, and are driving the success of their business by expanding to new markets abroad.
