The Tampa Bay Technology Forum announced the finalists for its annual Industry Achievement Awards.
Paul Davis of The Spring Air Co.bizWatch, Lindsey P. Jarrell of BayCare Health System and David Segal of Pro Tech MonitoringbizWatchwill represent the CIO of the Year category celebrating the industry’s top chief information officers.
Competing for Emerging Technology Company of the Year are IntegraClick Inc.bizWatch, MyUS.com and SGIS. Innovation of the Year nominees include Medical Education Technologies Inc.bizWatchand L-3 Aviation Recorders Division, Teltronics Inc.bizWatch(OTC BB: TELT) and Ultramatics Inc.bizWatch
Bayshore Solutions, Digital HandsbizWatchand STAR Technology Enterprise Center/CTC Tampa Bay Inc. are up for Professional Services Company of the Year, while DataMentors LLC, FrankCrum and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP are up for Quantum Leap Technology of the Year.
ITFlorida will honor some local technology-related companies and groups of its own next week at its annual awards gala and tech forum.
Among the nominees is Sarasota County School Board for Excellence in Bridging the Digital Divide. Also up for Excellence in IT Leadership in Tampa Bay are Bisk International Inc., Doctors Administrative Solutions, Jabil Circuit Inc.bizWatch(NYSE: JBL) and ProV International Inc.bizWatch
The Tampa Bay Partnership will compete for Excellence in New Business Recruitment while SGIS is up for Government Technology Leadership-Private. iDatix Corp.bizWatchwas nominated for Small Business of the Year, and both Robert Dutkowsky of Tech Data Corp.bizWatch(NASDAQ: TECD) and Jon Yob of Creative Recycling Systems Inc.bizWatchwill compete for IT Leader of the Year.
TBTF will name its winners Nov. 6 at the A La Carte Pavilion in Tampa, while ITFlorida will hand out awards Monday at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando.
