, if your package contains more than one item and you wish to split them into two packages we can do this for you.
There is a $15 per package charge to perform this service. You may choose to have a split item discarded, or returned to sender or shipped at a different time or to a different address.
This process is automated and you may make this request by simply signing into your account and making the selection on the package in your inbox. You also have the option to mark the request urgent, and the option to include comments explaining specifically what you want done. If you make one request to make multiple splits, you will be charged $15 PER split.
