I was thrown out as a customer - could suddenly not access my account - been a customer for several years without problems. Didn't get any information about the reason. Have called - emailed, sent letter etc.: no answer. Qvc has good deals (that is why I wanted to stay with them), but the quality of their customer service is...very low. Sad.
