Should your package arrive with no merchant invoice, or an invoice with no prices listed, the value of your package will be estimated upon arrival to your suite based on research of the items contained therein. As a Standard Member, the shorter package storage period leaves little time to change these values if needed. As a Premium Member, you may store packages in your suite for up to thirty days at no charge and will have the opportunity to correct any estimated value so you can avoid paying unnecessary taxes as a result of incorrect valuation.
