I have lived in Istanbul, Turkey now for 26 years. When I became a PC owner I found it so much easier to order items from US company websites only because I hooked up with Access USA services. I've never had a problem of lost orders or damaged orders. As soon as my orders arrive at Access USA
they immediately inform me and I have an option of how soon I want it
shipped to me in Turkey. They then immediately inform me of the shipment and the tracking number. It's all well organized. I also have tested just what they will ship and it's everything from small items to appliances. They are also very friendly and helpful. I've been with Access USA for 3 years now and hope to continue as long as they are in business.

I've subscribed to this service since 1998 and it has made it
immensely easier for me to order merchandise, magazines, etc. from the
States and to get other mail. They are always prompt in answering my requests and sending me whatever is in my 'box'. Everything always goes through customs quickly and easily and is delivered to me by DHL in the morning of the 2nd day after I request a shipment be made.
Also, the e-mailed notices when I receive merchandise at Access USA and the tracking information available when my package is sent make things very convenient and mean there's minimum delay in shipping.
I have found the people I deal with at Access USA uniformly friendly and helpful, and they always seem to respond to my e-mails promptly and productively.
All in all, I find Access USA to be good value for money and a really

We have now used Access USA for several years now, and we have only had positive experiences with them. Together with my wife, who is American, we live in the Netherlands and regularly receive packages
from US vendors who do not accept either foreign credit cards or foreign billing addresses, and from relatives in the USA.
In the past when relatives sent us gifts, we had to pay import duties over the retail value. Access USA can state the wholesale value of gifts and purchases made in the the USA. In addition, the shipping charges for the courier service they use are very reasonable, but also very reliable and can be tracked over the internet.
In short, Access USA has proven to be a very reliable, correct and honest mail forwarding service for shipments, whether they be documents or parcels, originating in the USA. For my wife it is nice because our American relatives do not have the extra expense of having to ship to a foreign address while she herself can shop for products she likes without having to pay too much shipping cost and taxes.
