Potential Weather-Related Shipping Carrier Delays

A major winter storm affected large areas of the United States last week. Due to this severe weather, our partner shipping carriers are experiencing delays in shipping and delivery, for both inbound packages arriving at MyUS, and outbound shipments leaving our facility.
Carriers affected by these delays, and the resulting backlog of packages, include FedEx, UPS, DHL and our Budget Carrier services. Our MyUS facility and operations were not affected by the winter storm, and we are processing your packages within the expected timeframe.
While MyUS operations are not affected by these delays, once your packages leave our facility, they may take longer to be accepted by your selected shipping carrier and may experience delays in transit to you. Please be aware, if you select expedited or urgent shipping carrier options, you still may experience these additional carrier delays.
We are working with carriers to minimize shipping delays as much as possible, and expect for many to resume regular operations soon. We will keep you updated on any further extended delays via email and alerts in your online account.
