With a MyUS account, you’ll get your own personal UK address that you can use when checking out at UK based retailers. Then, instead of being shipped directly to you, your items will be sent to our secure UK warehouse where we will prepare your package and send it to your international address.

MyUS- US vs. UK
With a MyUS membership, you automatically get a free US and a UK address, but there are some differences that come with each address.
Packages being shipped from our UK warehouse are not eligible for TruePrice pricing, so your shipping rates will be calculated based on dimensional weight that is calculated based on the size and the weight of the package using the following formula.
Dimensional Weight (chargeable pounds) = Length x Width x Height (inches) / 139
Be sure to keep this in mind when shopping for larger items, especially those that aren’t heavy. Just because they are light does not mean that the shipping price will be low. With dimensional weight, you are charged for the space that your package takes up during the delivery process.
Another big difference between our US and UK services is that we cannot ship any types of dangerous goods from our UK facilities. This can include common items that you may not realize are classified as dangerous, such as cosmetics and electronics with lithium-ion batteries, so make sure to check our Prohibited and Restricted Goods page for more information and avoid purchasing anything that falls under the prohibited or restricted categories.
