Official Rules
DEADLINE: Contest ends 31 March 2018, 11:59:00 PM Central Standard time (UTC -6). Facebook Likes and Membership Applications must be submitted by that time, and shipment requests must be received by MyUS by that time. One winner will be chosen at random using an electronic random name selection process and announced no later than 11:59:00 PM Central Standard time (UTC -6) on 4 April 2018.
PRIZES:
One (1) US$250 Disney Store Gift Card e-Gift valid for purchases at www.shopdisney.com, delivered via email.
One (1) account shipping credit of US$100 applied to winner’s existing MyUS account to be used costs and services in shipping to Japan.
Total Prize Value: US$350
RULES:
You must be 18 years old at time of entry to qualify.
You must be residing in the country of Japan during the contest period to enter or win and be able to prove proof of residency. Only shipment requests with delivery destination to a location within the county of Japan will be counted towards contest entries.
If you like MyUS on Facebook AND the associated contest Facebook post, you will receive one (1), and no more than one (1), automatic entry into the contest. If you ship a package with MyUS to Japan during the contest period, you will receive five (5) automatic entries into the contest for each shipment to Japan. Entrants may be entered into the contest unlimited times for package shipments.
By entering the contest, you give us the right to mention your first name, initial of your surname, and the country you live in when announcing the winner.
Winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook message, and public Facebook post on the MyUS Facebook page including winner’s name. Winner has 90 days to respond to MyUS and claim the prize, or else the prize will be considered forfeited.
Right in Submissions & Contest Details: Each Entrant releases MyUS, and their assignees and licensees, from any and all claims or liability (now known or hereafter arising), including but not limited to any claims for defense and/or indemnity, in connection therewith. Each Entrant agrees and acknowledges that participation in the Contest, including, without limitation, the Entrant's decision to provide the Entrant's submission to MyUS for purposes of the Contest, shall not give rise to any confidential, fiduciary, implied-in-fact, implied-in-law, or other special relationship between MyUS and Entrant, does not place MyUS in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public. In addition, by participating in the Contest, each Entrant hereby grants permission (except where prohibited by law) for MyUS to use Entrant’s first name, initial of surname, and shipping country for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further notice, permission, compensation or consideration in any and all media now known or hereafter developed throughout the universe, unless prohibited by law. This contest is open only to all MyUS Members residing in the country of Japan during the contest period, except where it is legally prohibited. MyUS reserves the right the change the winner selection dates and/or methods at its discretion.
