Urgent Package? Here's How to Get Faster International Shipping

Did you know that you can expedite the handling of your package to get your purchases delivered even more quickly? You can select the “Urgent” option when creating your ship request.

MyUS processes almost all shipping requests within 2-3 business days; however, if you have an extremely urgent package that you need to make sure gets shipped the same day, you can expedite your shipping request for an extra charge, with just a few easy steps.

If you submit your urgent ship request Monday-Friday --before 3:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (GMT -5 hours), shippers will process your ship request that same day and handle the customs paperwork then too. If you submit your request after 3:00 PM , we will attempt to  process it the same day, although we cannot guarantee it. If we cannot process it the same day, then we will ship it first thing the next business day at the same charge. ( does not tender packages to our couriers on Saturday or Sunday.)

In addition to your normal shipping costs, the urgent charge varies according to what day and time you submit your request. If you submit an urgent ship request during our low-demand period between 6:00 PM Friday and 1:00 PM Monday, our Urgent Fee is only US $5. If you submit an urgent ship request during our peak demand period between 3:00 PM Thursday and 6:00 PM Friday, the Urgent Fee is US $20.
If your urgent shipping request consolidates more than ten individual packages, we charge an additional $1 for each additional box consolidated in the shipment. The fee for each additional box is $2 during our peak demand period from Thursday 3 pm-Friday 6 pm.
