At MyUS, we are working to maintain our level of service and ensure the health and well-being of our employees. We have taken precautionary steps in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and local public health authority guidelines. These steps include increased frequency of scheduled cleanings, enhanced sanitization efforts, activating work-from-home policies, and rescheduling non-essential travel and events. We have also instructed team members who are not feeling well to stay home.
Regular business operations continue at MyUS, while the safety of our employees, and service to our customers remain our top priorities. Customers can expect the same level of service they are accustomed to, and we remain committed to providing valuable shipping and shopping services to customers around the world.
