Mexico customs restricts the import of specific commodities. E-cigarettes and their accessories cannot be imported. Shoes can be shipped via DHL but require an import permit which you can obtain through Mexico customs prior to purchase. Check with your local customs office to confirm that you can import your products prior to purchase. Do not request to have your shoes shipped FedEx or UPS to Mexico or they will be returned at your expense.
