Yes. Once you receive your membership confirmation, you are ready to start shopping! MyUS will immediately begin accepting your merchandise shipments.
Please ensure all your shipments include the MyUS facility address and your unique suite number. Any packages shipped to MyUS with an incomplete or inaccurate address will cause delays and require special handling at an additional $8.99 fee per package.
If you are having difficulty registering for a MyUS membership, please follow these steps:
- Clear the cookies on your Web browser.
- Make sure you are entering a credit card that has an expiration date of next month or later. Credit cards expiring this month cannot be accepted.
- Make sure your Web browser is up to date. Out of date browsers may have functionality issues.
If you continue to experience problems, please send us an email from our Contact Us page, and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Type of Web browser are you using
- Country you are applying from
You can use your US sales tax-free and UK addresses as the "Shipping Address" whenever you buy from US and UK stores.
If you are unable to log in to your MyUS account, first:
- Make sure your Caps Lock button is not turned on.
- Make sure your Web browser is updated to Internet Explorer version 11+, Mozilla Firefox version 39+, Google Chrome 43+, or Safari version 8+.
If you are still unable to log in, click "Forgot Password?" on the Sign In page.

How to Add Someone to Your MyUS Family
- Log In to your MyUS account
- Go to your Membership Profile
- Click the MyUS Family tab
- Click Add Name
- Enter the full name of the person you want to add and click Save
- That’s it! Your account will be billed 4.99 USD per name, and any new names will automatically be linked to your suite address.
Once added, your friend or family member can shop using your suite address, and their packages will be delivered to your account.
More about MyUS Family:
- There's no limit to how many MyUS Family members you can add.
- Add or remove people at any time.
- The main account holder retains full access and control. Added names can only log in to the account if you share your credentials with them.
- All billing is handled through the primary account holder. If you’re splitting costs, you’ll need to handle that privately.
The MyUS Refer a Friend program is a referral promotion that allows MyUS members to refer friends and earn exclusive rewards. When you refer a friend to MyUS, you and your friend both benefit:
- You: When the friend you referred ships for the first time, you'll receive a 15.00 USD credit to your MyUS account. This credit can be used towards future shipments.
- Your Friend: The friend you referred to MyUS will enjoy 20% off their first shipment.

Shipping Costs
Most shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package, offering up to 80% savings when you use our package consolidation service. You can estimate your shipping costs in advance using our Shipping Calculator, based on the weight and dimensions provided by the merchant.
Specific additional shipping-related fees may apply depending on the nature of your package:
Carrier Oversized Fees
- DHL: 52.50 USD (applies if the package exceeds 48 inches in length or has an actual or dimensional weight over 150 lbs)
- FedEx: 145 USD (applies if the package exceeds 96 inches in length or has an actual or dimensional weight over 90 lbs)

The MyUS business membership was created for international shoppers who spend 500.00 USD or more on shipping costs in a calendar month. While you do not need to be a business owner to be a Business member, only members who meet this qualification will receive a 10% discount on shipping rates, as well as waived membership fees, for the following month.
Business members also receive these membership-specific benefits:
- Priority package login
- Free package photos
- Free package return fees
- Free special instructions
- Free address correction
If you do not plan to spend 500.00 USD or more on shipping costs every month, a Premium or Single Package membership would be more suited to your needs.
Business members who spend $500 or more on shipping costs, urgent fees, convenience fees, and insurance will earn an extra 10% discount on all shipments in the following month. Buying Assistant fees and shipping, sales tax, donations, duties, GST, and VAT do not count toward your monthly shipping total.
